The Shotokan Cup is the KUGB’s National Individual Championship and is open to Black & Brown Belts only. 
Doors open at 9.00am. The competition starts at 10am sharp.
Only officials, competitors and coaches are allowed onto the main floor.Coaches MUST be dressed in full tracksuit or gi (no jeans).
*PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO ON-SITE CAFE. HOWEVER, THE TOWN IS ONLY 2 MIN WALK WITH GREGGS, COSTA, CAFE AND PUBS. THERE IS ALSO A TESCO EXPRESS NEXT DOOR TO THE CENTRE. VENDING MACHINES ARE ON SITE.*
Parking. There is a large carpark that is FREE Spectators: £10

Please note:  During all Jiyu Kumite events it is compulsory for females aged 12 years and over to wear a chest guard. Females under 12 may wear a chest guard at the discretion of their parent/guardian. During all Jiyu Kumite events it is compulsory for males aged 12 years and over to wear a groin guard. Males under 12 may wear a groin guard at the discretion of their parent/guardian.
