Squad Training for all National Squads starts at 11am.Referees and Judges should arrive at 11.15am for an 11.30am briefing.The Grand Slam starts at 1.00pm. All Squad members should ensure that their KUGB licences are up to date.  Please register your attendance on the KUGB app as early as possible. Gumshields and KUGB-approved white hand-mitts are compulsory for Jiyu Kumite. During Jiyu Kumite it is compulsory for females aged 12 years and over to wear a chest guard. Females under 12 may wear a chest guard at the discretion of their parent/guardian. During Jiyu Kumite it is compulsory for males aged 12 years and over to wear a groin guard. Males under 12 may wear a groin guard at the discretion of their parent/guardian. Spectators £5 (children under 5 are free).
